How to make moong dal methi ki sabji?

Soak moong dal for about half an hour

Heat pan, add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, chilli paste, onion, garlic and mix well.

Add soaked dal and methi. Mix well and let it cook

Add some water, close the lid and let it steam until done.

Finally add some peanut powder, mix well, take it out and serve. And methi ki bhaji is ready to serve.

Methi sabzi tastes great with roti, paratha, or plain rice. Keep a papad on the side to enhance the taste!

Garlic 4 cloves
Water 1/4 cup
Curry leaves 10
Oil 3 tbsp
Peanut powder 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste

Cumin 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
