Скачать или смотреть AIVolt not running correctly and I can't buy parts

What's weird is when I have it torn apart it seems to run ok not great. I can power my circular saw and sander no problem. It runs rough and the display always show 60 hz. It never fluctuates which I know it should. You can hear the engine idle down and speed up on it's own. I don't believe it has a governor I think it's all controlled electronically. The parts I can't find but on there website and it links to amazon which says they are unavailable and don'w know if they will return.

One of there websites has wording on top that the domain is for sale which doesn't seem like a good sign but I don't know.

I don't think it's worth fixing if you can't find parts.
