The MidNite Classic 200SL I bought in April was giving out flakey reading for the watts coming in. I posted on the Midnite Solar forum about the problems I was having with it and after a short time Ray (great guy) from MidNite Solar said he would RMA it.. I am assuming MidNIte Solar wanted it back so they can figure out the issue so they can eliminate it from happening again.
Knowing I live off grid and can't go without a Charge Controller they sent me a replacement so I could switch it out and then send back the faulty one. I also got a different model as I realized I did not choose the right one the first time.. Great Customer Service.
