In this deeply personal episode, Kishore Biyani opens up about his greatest role—not as India’s retail king, but as a father. In an Indian family ecosystem where fatherhood is often defined by distance and duty, his journey stands out as an example of unwavering support, empowerment, and belief in his daughters, Ashni and Avni.
This is not a conversation about business. It’s about the power and impact of a strong male figure on a family. It’s about how an engaged and encouraging father can be truly life-changing. Kishore shares how his relationship with his daughters shaped their confidence, careers, and choices, and how his own evolution as a father redefined his views on success and legacy.
