​Dr Renée is an NHS GP with, additionally, her own successful private aesthetic clinic. She is the resident GP for BBC Radio London, OK! Magazine and Express Newspapers as well as a blogger for GP magazine Pulse and regular medical vlogger. She has a keen personal interest in health and nutrition and strives to combine this with her approach to medicine.

She has personal experience, as a patient, with hypothyroidism and sat on the NICE Committee for the development of the new NICE guideline for thyroid disease assessment and management, where she was a strong advocate for access to more personalised approach to care, particularly for those patients who may not thrive on levothyroxine alone.

She does not shy away from the sometimes controversial aspects of effective management of an underactive thyroid.

The Thyroid Trust were delighted to have her as our speaker for our Information Event on 16th May 2020 which took place online.
