With 25+ years in Catholic Youth Ministry on the parish and national level, Joe shares
proven and practical tips, skill sets and how-to's with Catholic Youth Ministry Leaders.

The goal is to help shorten the learning curve and strengthen the Catholic Youth Minister in
the mission to make young disciples.

ON THE PARISH LEVEL, Joe was the Director of Youth Ministry (Grades 6-12) including
Confirmation prep for 8 years at the amazing CHURCH of SAINT PAUL, HAM LAKE, MN
(Mpls). Each week 50 Small Group Leaders discipled over 250 young people each week.

The comprehensive Youth Ministry program also included:
--Door-to-Door Youth Evangelization Teams
--A Traveling Teen Retreat Team
--Dynamic, transformative retreats and monthly P&W

ON THE NATIONAL LEVEL, Joe served with NET Ministries (The National Evangelization
Teams ) - an international Catholic youth retreat ministry based in St. Paul, MN.

He founded and directed:
--LIFELINE: a monthly Catholic youth outreach event which drew 1,000 Catholic young
people for 25 years from the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis and beyond

--THE GATHERING For Catholic Youth Ministry Leaders: a monthly training and
formation program for 20 years which reached over 100 parishes each year

--DISCIPLESHIP WEEKSa; Regional four-day summer Catholic youth retreats across the
U.S. which formed Catholic "Young Apostles'" (St. JP II)
