I've been using these brushes since 2018/2019 and they're my absolute favorites for watercolors, and you see me using them for that first sketch in the video, using more watercolors than gouache or poster color.

My watercolors are from a variety of different brands, but I'm using mostly Winsor & Newton, Schmincke, and Daniel Smith colors.

The travel sketch journals seem to have been a limited edition of some kind - I can still find them in South Korea, though.
The paper mine have is the hot press for the smaller format, cold press for the medium sized sketchbook. I'd be curious if you have sketchbook recommendations, though I do love the Arches cold press paper above all else...
