Anas Bukhash graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and since then has embarked on a variety of careers spanning 10 years of professionalism. Working in the oil & gas, property development, philanthropy and sports sectors, Anas has a wealth of knowledge extending across all fields. In 2009, along with his partners, Anas launched Ahdaaf Sports Club; the first of its kind as a sporting facility in the UAE. Since its establishment, Ahdaaf has expanded rapidly throughout the UAE, growing from 2 pitches to 18, and with vision to expand further in the Gulf over the coming years. In 2012 Ahdaaf was awarded ‘Best Small Business in the Service Sector’ by the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders (Dubai SME). In-keeping with the sporting theme, Anas’ day job sees him occupy the role of Chief Operations Officer (COO) at the UAE Pro League, where he oversees the operations of the UAE’s professional football league and strives to continue the League’s upward trajectory on the regional and global football stage. Anas can often be found on-screen as a regular guest on Abu Dhabi Sports’ ‘The Beautiful Game’, alongside many other assorted TV and radio appearances, events, talks and workshops. A popular tweeter, Anas’ Twitter account is one of the most followed in the region, and as well as his sporting interests, Anas also enjoys professional photography, launching his official website www.anasbukhash.com in 2011 to showcase his work.
