Oh yes! :D

When Vice and Eevee Verdant Transform, Eevee's stats increase to a base stat total of 780! All 130's across the board, however, what is not displayed here is the time limit that the transformation can last (yes I am still working on that). You will only be able to maintain the form for about 5 turns.

Also, in the overworld, if you select Vice to have his Verdant clothing in the costumes choices, Eevee will automatically Verdant Transform at the beginning of battle, instead of selecting it.
