Nutella Ice Cream with Cuisinart Machine | wa's Kitchen

Kids love Nutella and they also love Ice Cream. So I just put both together and they are happy :-) Check out the detailed recipe on our website :

Ingredients :
1 egg yolk
50g white sugar
400ml whole milk
1 tbsp glucose powder https://amzn.to/3jp2QNl
120g nutella
150ml heavy cream

1 jaune d'oeuf
50g de sucre blanc
400ml de lait entier
1 cs de glucose en poudre
120g de nutella
150ml de crème fluide

I use a Cuisinart ICE 100 https://amzn.to/39LymSn, but any other similar compressor machine will do.
