In this video I share how foreign non-US citizen spouses living abroad can receive and maintain the spousal benefits normally afforded to US spouses even when they are much younger than the normal retirement age of 62-67 for US citizens. Foreign spouses do not need to be naturalized nor hold a green card to receive benefits. As long as they can meet the additional criteria for foreign non-US citizen spouses living abroad. Which include 5yrs on US soil (doesn't have to be mainland US) and basically touching down on US soil within every six months to prevent the suspension of benefits.
