Sibal condemned the ED summons to BRS leader Kavitha Kalvakuntla and asks whether central agencies only investigate Opposition leaders. K Kavitha is holding a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar for the Women's Reservation Bill ahead of her summon to the central agency.
