Bahria Town Karachi management has imposed illegal fixed charges on all bills including, water, electricity and gas. Already residents are paying a very high price for electricity, water and gas per unit i,e. 68 rs unit of electricity and water and 1.59 per gallon which is very high as compared to Karachi.
Resident were paying these rates but now bahria management has fixed the below illegal charges as below
1. Water charges 1500 other than the real bill.
2. Electricity charges 1500 for non solar and 2500 for solar.
Already three months before bahria management have taken out all the previous year solar balances and make them zero without any information or any compensation and rate of the remaining units was reduced to 22.45.

Management should think and consider the resident's suggestions to make bahria town karachi market up as its very down and investors have taken out hands to boost this society again.
