TODAY'S RECIPE IS Lemon Delight | Lemon Jelly Dessert | No Bake Lemon Dessert Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Lemon peels
Bring it to a boil
Boil for 5-7 mins
Yellow food color
Keep aside
Corn flour 1/3 cup
Water 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Lemon emulation 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Thick consistency
Add sugar syrup
Keep stirring
Cook for 10 mins
6 inch greased mould
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours or until set
Coat with desiccated coconut

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
