MacKerricher State Park near Fort Bragg is known as one of the premier California State Parks. Today was my first visit and I see why it is so highly regarded. I also cooked some
Shakshuka, a Tunisian egg and tomato dish. And I checked the status of a small engine maintenance job I did a few days ago.

My name is Scott and in 2015, I bought a Ram ProMaster City to live in. Even though I didn’t know much about RV’s and campervans, I set about building the van out as a minivan camper. And in April of 2016, I moved into my minivan full time.
