RIVERPARK: TRANSFORMING COMMUNITY LIVING

Two years after its launch, Riverpark North has joined rapidly developing communities in the Province of Cavite. It is part of the larger 600-hectare Riverpark township in General Trias, which will include residential areas, offices, industrial zones, shopping centers, and parks.

Exciting developments are planned for the coming months. A major mall by SM Prime is on the way, along with a logistics center designed to attract businesses. The area will also feature a university town for its own and neighboring residents and an adventure park to enhance community living.

Future developments include vertical residential projects, offices, commercial lots, institutional facilities, and industrial spaces. The development will also offer mobility services, such as car-sharing and shuttle buses. With 70 hectares dedicated to parks and greenways, Central Park will serve as a green corridor connecting the northern and southern parts, providing residents with spaces to unwind and socialize.
