Carnival starts at 7pm but will probably reach the camera at about 7:15pm when we will start the live stream. This year's parade is a community parade, but we have a couple of special floats too. The parade starts at Oak Hill and passes Old Town Street, Park Road, Queen Street, The Strand and the Lawn.
