Hard Alpi Tour Extreme 2023 - 41 hours / 800 km's off road Adventure bike challenge in Italian Alps

The Hard Alpi Tour Extreme is a 40+ hour, 800 km adventure motorcycle rally starting at San Remo on the Italian Riviera, and finishing in Sestriere in Italy's Western Alps. We started at 11.30 pm on Friday night, finishing at 4.45 pm on Sunday afternoon. We were met with fatigue, accidents, red hot sunshine, and the freezing cold of sleeping in a doorway at 1,520 metres, but we got to the end, and above all we worked great as a team.

We all rode KTM 990 Adventures, and all of the bikes, our tyres, and kit were faultless, and our Cardo Packtalk’s kept us chatting, laughing, and sane through the darkest hours.
