Ever had a moment like this that made you rethink everything? 

Matthew shared an incredible story that really hit home for me. It’s about asking yourself a powerful question: “What would a leader do?”

Matthew found himself on the baseball field, fueled by anger and frustration, craving love and support from his teammates. 

After a rough game, his teammates encouraged him, and even a player from the opposing team complimented his skills. 

This moment made Matthew realize his default way of being wasn't working. He wanted to be a leader and receive love from his teammates. 

So, he asked himself, "What would a leader do?" and started embodying those qualities.

This isn’t just about baseball. 

It’s about how we show up in every aspect of our lives. Being a leader means shifting our behaviors to align with our true desires. 

It’s about acting in a way that fosters love, support, and connection. When we lead with intention and authenticity, we create an environment where everyone thrives.
