In this video, we’ll explore how Differential Equations apply to real-world scenarios and help us model and solve practical problems. Our focus will include Exam Questions based on Real Life Differential Equations including:

✔️ Velocity and how it changes over time
✔️ Acceleration as a rate of change of velocity
✔️ Force as it relates to mass and acceleration
✔️ Power in relation to force and velocity
✔️ Work done by a variable force, such as stretching an elastic material

We’ll look at how each of these concepts is expressed mathematically and how differential equations enable us to analyse and predict outcomes.

Please note: This content is designed for Higher Level students, as Differential Equations are not part of the Ordinary Level curriculum.
