Don't Make These Mistakes!

1️⃣ - Touching and wiping over Kabah
Some pilgrims touch the Kabah, Hajr-e-Aswad, Maqam Ibrahim while performing their Umrah. But you must remember the Kabah walls, Hajr-e-Aswad and Maqam Ibrahim are perfumed and it's forbidden to apply/touch perfume, scents when you are in Ihram.

2️⃣ - Focusing only on motion
Many people go into Umrah well-versed in the step-by-step actions but unaware of the spiritual significance behind each ritual. Tawaf is about putting Allah at the center of your life. Sa'i reminds us of Hajar's RA trust in Allah. Try to know the meaning behind every act to feel its power and get a more spiritual feeling.

3️⃣ - Rushing the rituals
Do not rush through Tawaf or Sa'i without taking the time to reflect and feel the presence of Allah. Worship is not just about completion; it's about connection. Walk with purpose, reflect on your journey, and pause when you feel moved. The deeper your presence, the more powerful your experience becomes.

4️⃣ - Being careless in the Haram
Masjid al-Haram is not a tourist spot; it is the holiest place on Earth. Do not raise your voice or push through the crowds. Remember, you are a guest of Allah. Show patience, humility, and respect to fellow pilgrims and the sacred space you're in. The atmosphere of the Haram demands your best character.

5️⃣ - Not making enough Dua
One of the most valuable aspects of Umrah is the opportunity for your Duas to be accepted. Prepare your Dua list before your journey. Pray for your family, the Ummah, your afterlife, and anything in your heart. Fill your Umrah with sincere, personal conversations with Allah. These moments are priceless.

6️⃣ - Being impure during Tawaf
It's important to remain in a state of ritual purity (wudhu) for the entire duration of Tawaf. If you break your wudu during Tawaf you must do wudhu again. However, you don't need to repeat the entire Tawaf from the beginning. Simply resume from the point where you broke your wudu.

7️⃣ - Shouting out Dua Together
Shouting Dua loudly in unison during Tawaf can disturb others. Recite your Duas quietly to yourself. This ensures better focus and sincerity in your prayers. The Prophet said, "Each one of you is conversing with his Lord, so do not disturb one another or raise your voices over one another when praying." [Abu Dawood]
