ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹಾಲಿಂಗೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವು 12 ನೇ ಶತಮಾನದ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಭಾರತದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡದ ಪುತ್ತೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿದೆ .

Temple is located on Mysore-Mangalore main road at a walkable distance (0.5 km) from Puttur Main Bus Stand. The devotees coming from Mangalore and Bangalore side may get down at the temple. Annual Jathrotsava of the temple is held from April 10 to 20 every year.Especially Balnadu Dandunayaka Ullalti Shree pays visit to the Shree Kshetra. Followed by Small Cart Festival (Pallakki) and Teppetsova on the lake. On account of Annual Jathra, Tulabhaara Seve is performed on April 18 every year. In the evening, Veeramangala God goes to Avabatra bath.
