Just kidding. That's still Frostleaf. At least Quartz gets better when you E2. But I guess you could say Quartz is the SECOND worst operator. Yeah, I would consider Vigil and Tsukinogi to be better.

It's so odd that in IL Siracusano, an event with Texas The Omertosa (Texalter) and Penance, two really good units, we also got Vigil and Quartz on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I wonder what a run of IS-EX-8, IS-8 or IS-10 with them might look like. Nothing good I think. You should use Gummy instead.
