Omnia Oven cooking review

An Omnia Oven cooking review seemed to be in order now that we've used it several times while camping for everything from cinnamon rolls to cornbread to a tortellini pasta dish. Cooking in our Class B RV (a 2008 Roadtrek 190 Popular 4x4) has been with our gas stove, camping stove, microwave, and InstantPot. But as Jessi says in this video, "Sometimes, you just need an oven." So we purchased an Omnia.
