The goal of this video is to make the game easier for newer souls players whilst still letting you do the bulk of exploration and overcome bosses all on your own. The game is easy enough for a player of any skill level to be able to complete it WITHOUT summons or cheese, as long as you keep picking up all of the upgrade materials and make sure to keep using them as soon as you can.

If you are following this on your first playthrough, I encourage you to try and find the items for yourself first! After you get to the boss of an area, you can come back to this video to see if you got all of the key items and go back for any you missed.
