MentalOmega 3.3.6 - APRA2 is a remake of the original red alert 2 made by Rhosalt, resar, Dandywalken, nuuk, demo,MO, and myself.

Briefing:

As the Soviet forces attack the East Coast, a taskforce is sent to attack a vulnerable location along the Florida Coast. Unsurprisingly, US allies are also stationed to defend the zone.

Story:

Congratulations on your success in Washington D.C., Comrade General. While your operation against the Pentagon went smoothly, other invasion forces have encountered more resistance than we anticipated. Besides the American Atlantic Fleet and the Coast Guard, their Pacific Front allies, somehow reached the other side of the ocean and were sanctioned to be stationed at the foreign territory, are providing additional defenses. We are unsure of their intentions here, and there are worrisome voices that engaging them here might fully spark the war between us and the Front when the Motherland is most vulnerable. But High Command has proclaimed we cannot waste our momentum in the fear of facing the enemy of the future earlier. They believe you are ready to take over this operation. As a result, you are to attack the southern Florida coastline.

You will be provided a fleet of subs to command in this operation. Take out the Pacific Front forces, secure the shoreline and Latin Confederation MCV will be delivered to you afterwards. Establish a base of operations in the area and use it to destroy the rest of the Americans in the region.

Additionally, General Vladimir, member of the High Command, will supervise your actions to... 'ascertain the limits of your abilities', to settle the doubts about you outside High Command even after your success in D.C. Prove them wrong.
