Indian Army Chief on Lebanon Pager Attack: "War Starts the Day You Start Planning" | Palki Sharma

In an exclusive conversation with Firstpost's Managing Editor Palki Sharma, Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi was asked about the Lebanon pager attacks. "The war does not start the day you start fighting, it starts the day you start planning." When asked if India was concerned about such methods, he said, "Supply chain interruption, interception is something we have to be very watchful. So, we have to have various level of inspection on all these issues, whether it is the technological level as well as manual level to make sure such things do not get repeated in our case."
