Corporate Strategic Evaluations (USE) – The evaluation of GIZ's corporate sustainability management

"Knowing what works" is the motto of the evaluation work of GIZ. Evaluations make transparent what effects the work of GIZ has, what works and what does not. They are an important instrument for improving service delivery, processes and structures and for reporting on the effectiveness of its work.

In addition to the evaluation of programmes and projects, GIZ conducts Corporate Strategy Evaluations, or USE for short. The film illustrates their process using the example of the evaluation of GIZ's corporate sustainability management.
