Ben Brinicombe performing the light comedy relief in the Scottish Play. The porter plays at being a "Devil Porter" at the gates of hell welcoming in a series of sinners. I've seen the porter played as tired, drunk, playful, creepy and shouty angry. I went for,"off his head" after an evening on the sherbet. I was keen to appear intoxicated and not as someone acting intoxicated if you get the distinction... Did I achieve it?
