Bat on the Cadillac is an intermediate/Advanced Pilates Exercise. Stand facing the Cadillac and hold the handles in your hands Hug your heels together and your toes are a fist distance apart. Cross the arm springs and press your hands facing back into the handles. Then press your arms back and resist the springs closed. Repeat. Reps: 5-10
