The Best Method to Clean Suede Shoes

In today's episode of Shoe Care Academy we will walk you through how to properly clean suede sneakers. Suede sneakers are some of the hardest to clean and as you can see in the video we had a couple hiccups.

These ALD New Balance 550's come with a light grey shaggy suede on the entire uppers with hints of cream leather and a nylon sock liner which makes the cleaning slightly more complicated.

After realizing that the pretreatment alone wasn't going to deep clean these sneakers we resorted to the Sneaker Laundry System and followed through all of the steps of this cleaning to show you that we are not perfect. There are some shoes that need a little bit of extra love; don't forget that when you're cleaning yours!
