Akiyo Noguchi is a Climbing Legend and is the greatest sport climbing competition athlete rock climber from Japan, winning the overall boulder world cup champion 4 times the combined overall cup 3 times. Her 14 year climbing career has been unmatched. Her dedication to climbing and inspiring positive attitude has heavily contributed to the development of sport climbing in Japan and all over the world.

Akiyo Noguchi's last world cup competition in Innsbruck ended with heavy rain so let us thank Akiyo Noguchi and congratulate her on her amazing career as she retires soon after the Tokyo 2021 Olympics
