Here is a recipe for kadhi, a popular North Indian dish made with yogurt and gram flour:

*Ingredients:*

* 1 cup yogurt
* 1 cup gram flour (besan)
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 4 cups water
* 1 tablespoon oil
* 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
* 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon hing (asafoetida)
* 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

*Instructions:*

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
2. Add the water and whisk until smooth.
3. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
4. Add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and hing and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Add the kadhi batter to the pot and stir well.
6. Bring the kadhi to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-30 minutes, or until thickened.
7. Stir in the coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

*Tips:*

* For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
* If you want a thicker kadhi, you can add more gram flour to the batter.
* To make the kadhi spicier, add more red chili powder.
* You can also add other vegetables to the kadhi, such as onions, tomatoes, or okra.
