What's up planner dudes & dudettes!?! Today I sound a little bit somber because Zach was home while I was filming and I was a bit nervous.....I haven't gotten used to him being home so it's hard for me (I think he's listening!)

But anyway this coming Saturday is the New Moon for August 2018 and it's the perfect time to set a few small goals revolving around the sign of the new moon and the lunar cycle. I like to take the next 28 days to just focus on small changes that will make me a better person.

Each New Moon (or around thereof) I create a vision board with what I'd like to bring into my life over the next lunar cycle. This just helps me to stay accountable and inspired. And I feel like even when I may not be checking off my to do list I can still do some inner work to develop myself further.
