More than 2,500 types of traditional and local food have been identified in this land. This diversity and originality was so exciting that it convinced UNESCO to introduce the city of Rasht in 2004 with 220 types of food and in 2021 the city of Kermanshah with 111 types of food as creative food cities (GASTRONOMY). This variety will satisfy all of you vegetarians, carnivores and all tastes. We plan to travel to most cities in Iran and visit local and rural kitchens.
