My folks still have Dish's America's Top 200 channel package with channels in both HD and SD, plus the Showtime and Starz channels. I had the guide set up to display only the HD versions of channels, in addition to other SD channels that unfortunately do not have HD counterparts.

Video recorded with my HDMI video capture device and OBS directly from a Dish HD DVR receiver. No copyright infringement is intended.
