Yagami's first opponent from the main faction is Oyamada, who was asked to challenge Yagami by Akatsuka in place of the busy Suou. Oyamada, after being defeated, says he does not know why Suou is busy or where he lives, but Seyama may have answers. Over the phone, Seyama tells him they should go to Suou's residence together.

At Suou's residence on Sunrise Street, his mother answers the door and tells him she does not believe his claims that her son is part of a biker gang, and a Suou with a completely different appearance greets them. Seyama takes them to Plage to further discuss the matter, saying Suou's mother is in denial of her son being a gangster. This is due to Suou being a motocross champion in middle school until his parents divorced due to his father's adultery. His mother forbade him from participating in motocross afterwards, as doing so would make her need to acknowledge her ex-husband abandoned them, and made him study hard. Though he was initially opposed, his mother's emotional vulnerability caused him to relent and show her the reality she wanted to see, keeping his Made in Heaven membership a secret from her and appearing to be a role-model student.

Much to Yagami's surprise, his next opponent is his old friend Kim Won-soon, who recently joined the biker gang after being invited by Gudo. After being beaten, Kim invites Yagami's faction to have some yakiniku at Beef Zone, but Yagami sees that Suou is present and is wearing earphones to engage in audio learning. The next time Yagami meets up with everyone, he learns that Suou had raced everyone and won, taking control of them all. He instructs Asama to face Yagami next. Initially shocked, Asama is happy to have the opportunity to race Yagami. He loses, and Suou seems Yagami worthy of racing against him next.

Before their race, Seyama approaches Yagami to tell him he is the only one who can free Suou from his despair. The members he previously beat wish him luck, as Suou had instructed them to do so. After the race, the members stand stunned after seeing Suou defeated. They all take a celebratory picture as Yagami becomes the fourth representative, and Suou admits he enjoyed the race. Yagami gives his first and last order as the fourth representative: Made in Heaven is disbanded to avoid a repeat of Reiji Murasaki's tragedy. He faces some opposition from the members, but he states this was Reiji's wish and they still have their shared experience, which convinces all but Suou to follow.
