Portable Igloo Brand Ice Maker "ICE FULL" error Repair

‪@smitteninthemitten3777‬ This repair is essentially the same as Smitten's repair but without cutting any original wires and without the long gray wire required. I studied the image in his video at length to determine what was actually being accomplished. My little short jumper wires between the circuit board plugs (red and white on top left of circuit board) does the same thing as his gray wire. My unit is now making ice again. I just have to remember to set an alarm so I can empty the basket before it over flows into the ice making chamber and breaks something.

I tried all the other suggested solutions on YouTube and discovered in Google-land. None of them worked on my model. Although somewhat dated, I was glad I found Smitten's video.
