1. Lettuce: 4 cups 6.5 grams, Tomatoes: 1 cup .8 grams, Celery: 1 stalk 1.2 grams, Brussels sprouts: 1 cup 7.9 grams, onion: 2 oz. 4.3 grams = 20.7
You can have one large or 2 smaller salads per day, plus a serving of Brussels sprouts. The key to keto, is keeping total carbs to 20 grams or less per day.

Or you could have one or two green salads, a 1 cup serving of cooked broccoli, a one cup serving of cooked cauliflower, plus cucumber, tomato and celery. Another menu would be spinach salad, asparagus, and zucchini. It's easy if you stick to vegetables that grow above the ground. More at my blog:
