Kristin Hersh, Live 2023 - London

I was lucky to see Kristin Hersh on her latest tour. The concert was exceptional and covered Hersh’s solo music and Throwing Muses tracks. The cello has been a constant companion to Hersh’s voice since 1994’s Hips and Makers. The cello, played by Pete Harvey, at times provides a haunting accompaniment, while at others, it offers a dramatic interpretation of the bass work of Bernard Georges.
