Accessibility is about making sure that everybody can have access to Salesforce - whether as a career or an end user. I was not an accessibility ally until we had a trainee who is blind test the accessibility of our training program at Supermums. I was amazed by not only how accessible Salesforce is as a product, but how easy it was to build accessibility into our training and designs. In this session, I'm going to share our story and top 5 tips about how to build accessibility into your design and training. What will you walk away thinking by the end of this session? Everybody can (and should) be an accessibility ally!
