It was 7 or 8 weeks before the NYC Marathon when it hit. The feelings of self doubt, the questions about whether the time I had spent was worth it, the sudden urge to just QUIT.

Thankfully I knew this moment was coming because it always creeps in at around this time in the training cycle. This video describes my journey from training funk to back on track and maybe even working towards a PR in the 2022 NYC Marathon next month.

Hopefully this can help you find your focus when training gets tough for whatever race you're going to tackle.
