I am always so surprised that I manage to just talk for 30 minutes straight about everything except my 4 bedroom, 3.5/4 bathroom Colonial home. I called her Lauren this time, although now I'm thinking Spencer could've been a nicer name (like Hastings from PLL, aka the only character with braincells in that show).
