Do you love crispy french fries? I have a simple recipe to make bubble potato chips! They are super crispy outside and chewy inside. You just need 3 ingredients, potato, cornstarch, and salt! Give this a try~~

📋 Ingredients:
Potatoes, peeled - 300g
Cornstarch - 6 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1) Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
2) In a pot, fully immerse potatoes in water.
3) Bring it to a boil over high heat and cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
4) Drain the potatoes.
5) Mash the potatoes until smooth. Push through a fine-mesh sieve.
6) Add cornstarch and salt to the bowl and mix well to form a dough.
7) Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a log.
8) Cut the dough into equal pieces, about 1 inch wide, and press them down with a fork.
9) Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Dip a wooden chopstick into the oil to see if it starts steadily bubbling. Then it's hot enough for frying.
10) Stir and press down the potatoes. Fry the potatoes for about 2 minutes, until crisp and golden.
11) Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
