About this 15 Min Yoga for Runners

Welcome to this 15-minute yoga class for runners, designed to stretch tight legs and open tight hips. This class is great for most level yogis, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, if you're comfy on your mat.

This class is set in a beautiful Florida forest with the natural music of cicadas. I hope you love it!

I created this class specifically for runners and athletes who want to improve flexibility, ease post-workout tension, and prevent tightness in the hips, hamstrings, and quads.

During this yoga for runners and legs session, we’ll flow through poses that target common problem areas like tight hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, and calves. By breathing deeply into these stretches, you’ll feel a sense of release in both your body and mind—perfect for recovery, injury prevention, or just staying flexible.
