A lot of apps and programs have an eye dropper tool. With the eye dropper tool you can easily check colors in photos. You can find information on color bias, tonal value and saturation. A great learning tool for artists who want to improve color judgment.
In the video I use Adobe Photoshop and Krita, but there are a lot of other programs that you can use.
