Gov. Jared Polis talks to 9NEWS after winning reelection

NBC News has called the Colorado governor's race for Democratic incumbent Gov. Jared Polis as he faces off with Republican challenger Heidi Ganahl in Tuesday’s election.

Polis announced his bid for reelection in February. Prior to serving as governor, he served on the State Board of Education and represented Colorado's 2nd Congressional District.

Polis ran unopposed in this year’s primary.
