The 2021 Grand Prix's™ will be available to start from the day they unlock until the end of the Round/update.
If you start the Grand Prix™ on the last day of the Round/update, it will carry over to the next Round/update (according to the Grand Prix™ duration, 5 days in this case).
You will be able to start the Grand Prix™ in a later Round, just as long as you own a "2021 Season" Formula 1® car (either by purchasing it or wining it from another Grand Prix™).

Rewards: a "2021 Season" Formula 1® Car of your choice, the Belgian Grand Prix™ Tuning Setup, M$ 250.000, 50 Gold, 7.800 VP

Maximum Required PR (depending on chosen car): 127,4 - 127,9

You will need ~11,99 PR (on top of the car base PR) to complete the Grand Prix™.

To get to that PR you will need Tuning AND some Driver and/or Team Principal level ups.

There are several possible configurations (depending on the Driver and Team Principal levels) so I leave here the cheapest ones.
You will need a maxed Tuning Setup, ~9,37 PR, 9676, which will cost (3.313.100 - 250.000) M$ 3.063.100.
AND ~2,62 PR from:
261 Gold for a Level 4 Driver + a Level 8 Team Principal;
521 Gold for a Level 7 Driver;
The PR from a maxed Team Principal (level 13) isn't enough, you will need a level 2 Driver + a level 12 Team Principal (costing 374 Gold).

If you plan to access the Invitational you may opt to maximize your Driver (costing 774 Gold), and you can then use the 8666 Tuning configuration, which costs (2.895.600 - 250.000) M$ 2.645.600.
You "save" M$ 417.500.

Although in-game we can only see 1 decimal place RR3 uses several, so I'm presenting 6 decimal places in my charts, to make it easier for you to do your own PR calculations.
