In todays video, I am showing you some basic testing and how to replace the damper system if it was causing issues with your GE Washing machine not starting. This is a rare issue, but exists on this style washer. The fix is somewhat affordable to do, and I show you where and how to access it as well as trace wires from the mainboard if needed.
