Idly is a very popular savory rice cake usually eaten at breakfast. But as we are in keto and cannot have rice i have come up with this low carb and keto friendly recipe.

They are super easy to make and tastes just like your regular idly with all the properties as texture and fluffiness its so satisfying and filling. I bet you cant tell the difference.


Ingredients:
Grated Paneer : 1 cup
Coconut flour: 1/4 cup
Desiccated coconut: 1/4 cup
Coconut milk : 1/2 cup
psyllium husk: 2 tbs
Hung curd : 1tbs
Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Serving : 4 ( 2 idly per serving)
Carb : 1.86 ( carbs per idly)
